John Fischer founded our firm on the foundation of his career starting/buying, operating, and selling businesses … starting in high school. His nationally recognized success as an Economic Developer, with stints at both the City of Louisville and Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development is leveraged as a consultant for public support for our public and private sector client’s projects (hotel, retail, logistics, etc).

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AGENT

Gary McCartin delivers vast real estate experience as a corporate real estate representative, agent, and developer to assist his client’s success. Gary previously worked in commercial real estate for corporate titans such as Chi Chi’s, Texas RoadHouse, and others. Gary also developed much of the new commercial retail development on Veteran’s Parkway in southern Indiana.
